The meetings are open to the public and all PCRA members are encouraged to attend. This annual meeting with the staff of the NS Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Recreational Fisheries Division provides a forum for the department to explain upcoming changes to regulations, research projects they are conducting and activities at their fish hatcheries. The public also has an opportunity to raise concerns about recreational fisheries issues and to ask questions of the government staff.

Previous experience working outdoors or an enjoyment of the outdoors is an asset.
